After moving from the Bay Area to Prescott almost 15 years ago, where I worked in the administrative and management field for most my life, I made the move to try a new adventure. I quickly found my attraction to Real Estate, as a professional in a career full of high-level negotiations and contracts. The opportunity came along to join one of the most prestigious teams in Northern Arizona, Klein Properties and Investments. After licensing and trying my hand as an agent, I quickly realized that my best traits were in the service and organization of agents, clients, and their teams.

I quickly shifted gears and was offered a position of Concierge style transaction coordination. This was a style that was not seen often in the trade as most TC’s offered only transaction management. Before long I was managing an office, juggling hundreds of transactions, communicating with agents, their clients, Title, Lenders, scheduling appointments, coordinating, and organizing the full process. As stated by one of my top agents, “This process made for a seamless and successful transaction”. I was so diligent in my duties, I was rated as “Over compliant” by ADRE in an audit review.

I understand that the time and attention agents and our clients give are gifts and while embracing current technology, I still believe in old- fashioned activities as in answering the phone, listening carefully, and being responsive to everyone’s needs. If given the opportunity, I will quickly show my commitment and point of difference.
